Extract unique values across multiple rows and columns


In daily work, if you encounter data like the example below and need to extract unique values from many rows and columns, counting them manually is impractical. What quick methods are available?

First, look at the Data source:

  1. Insert a blank column before the data, then press Alt+D+P in sequence to open the PivotTable and PivotChart Wizard.
  2. Multiple consolidation ranges
  3. Create a single page field for me
  4. Select the data and the first row
  5. Add
  6. Finish
  1. Remove Page 1, Column, and Row
  2. Move Count of Value to the Rows area
  3. Copy the data as hard values
  4. Completed
