Understanding Font Embedding

I sent a PPT file to a client, but why do the fonts not display correctly when the client opens it?

When the client's Windows OS does not have the fonts used in the PPT installed, they cannot see those fonts correctly.
As mentioned above, fonts changed because the two PPTs used different color themes, so applying the same color theme to both fixes it.
  1. File ⇒ Options ⇒ Save ⇒ Embed Fonts in the file
  • Embed only the characters used in the presentation
  • Embed all characters
As noted above, this issue occurs only when the client's Windows OS lacks the fonts used in the PPT, so sending them the font files to install will resolve it.
  1. Open the folder containing fonts: press WIN + R } enter the following command
  2. OK
  3. Paste the font files directly into this folder
