Find Chinese text in a Word document and change formatting


In Word, to select English text you might search for a–z, but for Chinese characters there are thousands—how do you select them?

  1. Press Ctrl + H
  2. In 'Replace' click 'More'.
  3. Check 'Use wildcards'.
  4. In 'Find what' enter "[一-鶴]".
  5. In 'Replace with' enter the format you want.
  6. Click 'Replace All' — done.
