If you need to insert a blank row after every row of data, inserting rows one by one is extremely inefficient — how can you do this quickly?
- First insert a helper column next to the data.
- In the helper column enter a sequence starting at 1; for example, if there are 10 rows, enter 1–10.
- Then, beneath cell 26, enter the 1–10 sequence.

- Select the original data and the helper column, then sort by the helper column in ascending order.

- Delete the helper column.
- Completed
